Buffalo City Living January 20th, 2021 Update

PARTIAL CLOSURES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEBRUARY 3rd, 2020:

Dear Clients and Vendors of Buffalo City Living, LLC. This notice is to inform you of current partial company closures effecting our Office Administration, Accounting and Real Estate Sales Departments. Two BCL staff members are currently in quarantine and will be submitting to COVID19 diagnostic testing. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these trying times, when a single reported staff illness or COVID19-related incident can force our company to temporarily shut down operations for up to 14 days while certain staff submits to mandatory quarantine and COVD19 diagnostic testing.

REGARDING NEW CLOSURES AT BUFFALO CITY LIVING:

• For 15 days days from January 20th through February 3rd, 2020:
  • Office Administration and Accounting Department is closed.
    • Property Owners should expect delays in month-end December 2020 and year-end 2020 invoicing and accounting.
    • Owner draws will be delayed until the responsible staff are able to return to work.
    • Vendor bills and bill payments will be delayed until the responsible staff are able to return to work.

THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS REMAIN OPEN:

• Property Management Department is open:
  • “New normal business hours” are in effect Monday through Friday, 11:00am through 3:00pm (Eastern Time).
• Property Maintenance Department is open:
  • Normal service orders are being scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 4:00pm.
  • 24/7 Emergency Service is only available to current tenants and property management clients on-contract.
• Real Estate Sales and Leasing Departments are open, with all Agents working remotely according to their individual availability:
  • Call 716-222-2489 or “222-CITY” ext. 1 to list your property for sale or for lease.
  • Call ext. 3 to schedule all real estate viewing appointments.
