About Christopher Mekker
Founder and Manager
Christopher Mekker is the founder and manager of Buffalo City Living, LLC. Christopher is a Western New York native and an Honors graduate of the Nichols School in North Buffalo. He is also the 4th generation of the Mekker family to own and manage rental property in Western New York. After studying real property management at Daemen College in Amherst, he founded Buffalo City Living, LLC to help other property owners maximize their return on investment by consolidating operational expenses.
In a 2011 press release, Christopher Mekker is quoted as saying, "Buffalo City Living consolidates the logistics and minimizes the expenses involved with operating rental property. By offering property management, maintenance, repairs, and improvements all under one roof, we make it profitable for investors to invest in Buffalo area real estate."
In his leisure time, Christopher enjoys coaching the North Buffalo Football and North Buffalo Volleyball Teams in local amateur leagues.
